I'm not artistic at all. Will I be lost?

Not at all. Paint From Your Soul™ isn't about skill — it's about expression. Candace guides you step by step, and you work at whatever level feels right. Many participants are first-time painters.

Do I have to share my deepest feelings out loud?

You can participate as little or as much as you want. Witnessing others is just as powerful as being witnessed. This is your journey, on your terms.

It meets during church hours — is that intentional?

For some, yes. If you're deconstructing your faith or seeking a new kind of sacred Sunday practice, this can be a beautiful, soulful alternative. All beliefs and backgrounds are welcomed and respected here.

Is spending money on myself like this selfish?

No. Reconnecting with yourself is how you become more present, more grounded, and more available for the people and purposes you love. At $75 for 8 sessions, this is one of the most affordable acts of self-care you can give yourself.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. You'll get the most out of attending all sessions, but missing one or two won't disqualify you. We'll work to keep you connected to the journey.
