When it comes to birth preparation, my goal is simple: to help you feel calmer, more connected, mentally prepared, and emotionally supported as you move toward labor and delivery.
If hypnosis is new to you, that’s okay. It is a natural state of focused relaxation that many people experience as calming, grounding, and empowering.
