This personalized package includes:
One private online introductory session (90–120 minutes)
Two private 60-minute follow-up sessions
Several guided hypnosis recordings for daily listening between sessions
One custom labor-day recording created specifically for you to use during labor and birth
Support partners are welcome to participate in portions of the sessions if desired.
